These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the yes55 platform at yes55.co. By registering an account or accessing any service on yes55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the yes55 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or engaging in any Gaming Activity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and yes55 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and, if you have an Account, contact yes55 support to request account closure.
3.1 Minimum Age: Access to yes55 and participation in any Gaming Activity is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. 21+
3.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. yes55 may at any time, at its sole discretion, require documentary proof of age including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identity document.
3.3 If yes55 determines or suspects that a Member is under the age of 21, yes55 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all winnings, and void any Bonus Funds. All deposited funds may be returned to the payment source used for the deposit subject to verification.
3.4 You further warrant that: (a) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law; (b) you are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms; (c) you are not a politically exposed person or otherwise prohibited from holding a gaming account under applicable international standards.
4.1 One Account Policy: Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered Account on yes55. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. yes55 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 You must notify yes55 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach.
4.5 Yes55 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
5.1 All financial transactions on yes55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to Members transacting in MYR.
5.2 Approved deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. yes55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 20, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements: Members must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. The name on the withdrawal payment account must match the name on the Member's verified yes55 Account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
5.5 yes55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence, for the purpose of compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
5.6 yes55 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. yes55 accepts no liability for third-party transaction fees.
5.7 Deposits must be used for Gaming Activity. yes55 reserves the right to charge a handling fee on deposits that are withdrawn without any corresponding Gaming Activity.
6.1 yes55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at yes55.co/promotion.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 yes55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, yes55 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Members.
6.4 Bonuses may only be claimed by the Member to whom they are offered. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or otherwise exploit bonuses for commercial gain or in circumvention of these Terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in Account suspension.
6.5 yes55 may at its discretion withhold or reverse bonus credits and associated winnings where it determines, in good faith, that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms or through any form of abuse.
7.1 All games available on yes55 are subject to their respective game rules, which are made available within each game's interface. In the event of any discrepancy between on-screen game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to financial and account-related matters.
7.2 yes55 sources all games from independently certified providers. Game outcomes for slots and virtual table games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers under studio monitoring.
7.3 All Gaming Activity records maintained by yes55's systems are the definitive record of game outcomes and transaction history. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction, yes55 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet.
7.4 Disconnections during live gaming sessions do not automatically void a wager. Members are advised to maintain a stable internet connection. yes55 accepts no liability for losses arising from network connectivity issues outside of yes55's control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on yes55 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the yes55 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and audiovisual material — is the property of yes55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the yes55 Platform without the prior written consent of yes55.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yes55 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 yes55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 yes55 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond yes55's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.
10.4 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that participation in Gaming Activity may result in loss of funds, and you participate entirely at your own risk.
11.1 yes55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
11.2 Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting yes55 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Wallet (net of any applicable handling fees) will be returned to the Member via an approved payment method.
11.3 Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, yes55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be voided in all cases of termination for breach.
12.1 yes55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. The Platform provides a suite of voluntary tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — accessible from each Member's account settings.
12.2 yes55 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all Gaming Activity. 21+

12.4 Gambling should be treated as entertainment. yes55 does not represent gaming as a source of income and does not encourage members to chase losses.
13.1 yes55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at yes55.co/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
13.2 yes55 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which yes55 is licensed and operates.
14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and yes55 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution framework.
14.3 Any dispute must be raised with yes55 customer support within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. yes55 shall not be obliged to consider claims raised after this period.
15.1 yes55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
15.2 Where amendments are material, yes55 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Members via registered email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact yes55 support to request Account closure.
